The Passing of Estates

Here in Tetrapoli, the City itself is the Executor of all owned businesses and estates within its limits, ultimately controlled by the Magistrate. Should a Free Woman or Free Man (either/or) fall into slavery or find their untimely demise, their property shall first be given to their immediate family and heirs (only IF) they are citizens of Tetrapoli. Should they not be Citizens of Tetrapoli at the time, the property shall default to the City wherein the Magistrate's office will sell off said property, and the proceeds from the sale will then be sent to the deceased/enslaved's immediate family/heir.

The city could use this position filled - either by a real estate agent of some kind or something. Elohim just left me a message yesterday that He will be back in business (online) within the next 2 weeks, so He as the Magistrate should be then handling the legal affairs, but there is plenty of r/p, and board work/posts, to be had by someone showing and selling the properties.
